SETTLEMENT – Nassau County, New York: Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($325,000.00). On September 28, 2016, while our client was driving on the Long Island Expressway his vehicle was struck by another vehicle. As a result of this accident, our client sustained a left knee injury consisting of a torn meniscus.
