Central Islip, New York, August 3, 2010: A tragic accident occurring on June 27, 2009 involving 2 children and a mother, had a multi-million dollar recovery only 13 months after the incident. The present value recovery of $5,450,000.00, was structured so as to achieve for the clients a maximum benefit and has a structured value of over $11,000,000.00 and as much as $21,000,000.00.

Central Islip, New York: A horrific accident involving a young mother occurring on August 14, 2010, had an excess of a million dollar recovery only 71 days after the accident. The female plaintiff, a police department dispatcher, marched in a parade that was conducted in the Rockaway Beach section of Queens. She was accompanied by her husband, a police officer. The couple were walking on Rockaway Beach Boulevard, near its intersection at 106th Street, when they were passed by a horse that was purportedly out of control. The female plaintiff was subsequently struck by another horse as its rider pursued the first horse. The plaintiff was knocked onto the ground, and she sustained injuries of her face and head. Her husband sustained residual emotional trauma. The parties negotiated a pretrial settlement where the various defendants agreed to pay proportionate shares of $589,000.00, $300,000.00, $10,000.00 and $1,000.00 for a total settlement of $900,000.00.

On August 20, 2013, in Hicksville, New York, a tragic accident occurred wherein a 64 year old retired male pedestrian was struck and run over by a vehicle sustaining crush injuries to his chest and upper torso area.
